Bylaws
Bylaws are the rules of operation agreed to by an organization to govern its internal management – how the organization is going to be run. Bylaws generally cover how trustees and directors are elected, how board meetings are conducted, and what officer positions the organization will have and their duties. The particular requirements for bylaws are set by the state in which the organization is formed.
The CSSJ bylaws were revised and approved by a vote of CSSJ members in June 2015. CSSJ is a non-profit member organization, with each family enrolled being a member and having one vote (regardless of the number of family members enrolled). The current bylaws can be downloaded from the link below.
